Kathleen is a fitness fanatic. She was raised that way by her parents and now raises her children to live a healthy lifestyle. She was a competitive athlete all her life and has always enjoyed working out. In 2013 is when she realized that her passion for working out and helping people become healthier, is what she wanted to do with her life. Kathleen is NASM certified, and Mad Dogg spinning certified. She enjoys coaching people and assisting them in successfully reaching their personal goals. Kathleen believes in pushing yourself to the maximum, which is why she loves training on the bike.

Originally from New York City, Chloe has been involved in athletics her whole life. From dance to gymnastics, figuring skating and horseback riding competitions. She continued to train through college and eventually fell in love with cycling and lifting. While she holds a BA from Hofstra, she decided to pursue her athletic dreams and enter the field of personal training, group instructing and promoting health and fitness. Chloe is certified Schwinn (with Wattage) Cycling Instructor since 2014 and is studying for NASM Personal Training. She also competes in many outdoor obstacle races and cycling races and rides.

Marla has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from FAU and is a doubles player for the Women's Tennis Association since 2004. Marla is also a personal trainer and certified spin instructor since 2009.

Lisa holds a Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and has been working with clients of various ages and health statuses for over 12 years. She is a LeMond certified spin instructor for 14 years. Lisa is passionate about taking care of your mind and body. She believes she can bring you half way, and your hard work a determination will fulfill the other half. “Mind over matter!”

Like most young people growing up in Estoria, Evely lead a very active and athletic life. But it wasn’t until she moved to Marco Island Florida that discovered her true passion. While attending a yoga class at a local gym she noticed how people who had completed a Spin class looked totally spent but invigorated. Then and there she decided to try it next. She did and a short time after that her passion for it lead her to her certification as an instructor. Three years later she moved to West Palm Beach and continued her career at Ultima Downtown. Ten years have passed and her enthusiasm for indoor cycling and her dedication to improving her skills as an instructor haven’t diminished.
