* SPIN AND FLOW YOGA: Two very different but complimentary activities combine calorie burning with lengthening mind and body yoga in this amazing hybrid class that will leave you feeling stronger, longer, mentally alert, refreshed and ready for your day!
* ZIONIC DANCE FITNESS: A NEW & EXCITING way to get fit using Rhythm And Dance with a Fusion of Reggae, Calypso, Soca, & Latin Vibes incorporating cardio with strength training and breathing techniques to give you a complete workout.
* STRONG: Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. The music in STRONG by Zumba was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn,
* ARABIC CARDIO CORE: A cardio dance class based on Bellydance movement that will strengthen and tone the muscles of the hips and core, encouraging better posture, alignment and mobility.
* ZUMBA Ditch the workout and join the party in this high energy, exciting dance fitness class that incorporates Latin, hip hop, reggae ton and international music to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The cardio based dance movements are easy to follow and target the major muscle groups of the legs, hips and core.
* STRENGTH/CARDIO An aerobic based high intensity interval training class facilitated at different levels.
* SPINERGY A high intensity cycle class with black lights, upbeat music and visuals to keep your heart pumping to the beat. Neon and graffiti mixed with highly trained and talented instructors make this class hard to forget!
NOTE: Water bottle and towel are required when attending class. You may reserve a bike 24 hours in advance by contacting the front desk.
* SPINERGY X-PRESS Spend your lunch hour getting fit and eating right by attending our 40 minute lunchtime cycle class! Order your Field of Greens lunch at our front desk and it will be waiting for you when you leave. Lunch time just got a whole lot better at Ultima!*
* ROCK AND ROLLER: Feel better now with this amazing foot and body treatment that can help erase chronic pain and keep you active and youthful! Spikey massage balls and the foam roller are incorporated into this, fun and flowing class that includes core work and stretching as well.
* YIN YOGA A slow paced style of Yoga with the poses held for longer periods of time, resulting in increased circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
* SLOW BURN YOGA Coordinated breathing and an innovative flow of spine movements to unravel stress, and ease joint and muscle tension, leading to a calm and blissful mind and body.
* VINYASA FLOW YOGA A physically challenging and spiritually inspired practice of interconnecting yoga sequences. If you want the balance of strength and flexibility in one class, to have some creative fun, and to sweat, this is the place for you! Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, come and enjoy! Modifications will be given for those who need or want them. Water and towel suggested.
* PILATES MAT A Pilates mat class that features strength and stability exercises with a focus on the core muscles.
* BARRE PHYSIQUE A ballet barre inspired class that incorporates elements of dance, yoga and Pilates in a cardio strength format. Define, tone and lengthen your muscles in this energetic and invigorating total body workout that will leave you feeling strong, centered and balanced.
* SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
