Kathleen's parents taught her the value of physical fitness and nutrition at a young age. She played competitive basketball and softball at the age of 10 and played varsity sports throughout high school, where she set multiple school records. She was voted the Most Valuable Player of her high school's State Championship cross country team. After competing in sports, she continued training and realized she had a love for fitness. She is now dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. She believes that being physically healthy helps you feel better mentally and emotionally. Kathleen wants everyone to have fun while getting fit, which is why Kathleen's training philosophy is to be flexible and find the right path for each person.

After taking a nutrition/weight training class in high school, I realized my extreme interest in weight training and healthy living. After graduating in 2004, I began weight training very seriously and realized that the health and wellness field was my calling. During the summer of 2005, I acquired my Certified Personal Training certificate through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and started working as a personal trainer at Ibis Golf and Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Over the past six years I have become a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist allowing me to help clients fix postural distortions, improve flexibility and produce safe movement patterns to prevent future injury. In addition, I am a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist which allows me to work with a wide variety of sport specific individuals including but not limited to, tennis and golf, improving balance, speed, agility, quickness and endurance. I am very passionate about my work and base each client’s program solely on their specific goals and needs. I am a firm believer that starting a program with a strong foundation and progressing as necessary is the key to producing strong yet safe results. I like to use a wide variety of exercises and program designs to ensure a fun and exciting training program that my clients will enjoy and give them the results they are looking for. I feel that my extreme passion for the health and wellness field gives me great insight and knowledge to help each client reach their goals!

Jason received his Bachelor’s Degree in 2010 with a concentration in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College in Massachusetts while completing his internship at the University of Hartford in Connecticut working as a strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate level. In 2011, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association which requires a Bachelor’s Degree and is considered the gold standard in the industry. After college Jason has worked as a trainer around Cape Cod and in Boston Massachusetts. His clients have been athletes, pre/post natal, pre/post rehab, special populations, and significant weight loss stories of 50lbs or more. Jason made the change to move to Florida in October of 2015 and is thrilled to be part of Ultima team.
